US Ska Punk band Less Than Jake make their Rebellion Punk Music Festival debut this week. They are a firm favourite and will be ripping up the Empress Ballroomthis year. Also headlining at the Blackpool festival this week are The Boomtown Rats, The Damned, SHAM 69 - Tim V , Buzzcocks, Anti Flag and many more great bands from 6th to 9th August.

We held our first 'Fresh Blood - Pop Punk Night' at The Wi******er on Friday! We had a great night and it looked as if everyone else who came down did as well!

We've been working on a pop punk night at The Wi******er in Bournemouth! It's called 'Fresh Blood' and it's happening on Friday 31st July (doors open 7:30pm)!

We've got some awesome bands on the line up including headliners One Man Boycott, plus support from City Bound, Buffalo Go and Makeshift People (all the way from Somerset)!

Entry is only £4 OTD or £3 if you book with us or one of the bands!

We went down to New Milton skatepark yesterday to check out Coda Music Trust's stage in the park!

The line up was great and included Bournemouth based pop punk band City Bound who kicked the event off with a great set of covers and originals, followed by For The Best (a great band with 5SOS vibes), Makeshift People (a brilliantly tight pop punk band from Somerset), Buffalo Go (who provided an awesome set full of energy and sound). The Bands were followed by two acoustic artists. The first of which was Jody Wilkins who, despite being one man with a guitar, filled the field with the sound of his deep originals, topping off the festival vibe). Jody was closely followed by Tyler Bloor, who despite nearly loosing his voice, played a great professional set filled with a great sound and vibe!

Over all, the afternoon was one of the best we've experienced in a while and hope it happens again soon! We'll be posting pictures of the event really soon, so watch this space!

We had a great time working with Charles Michael Duke CF on his new song 'Life In A Hospital'.

The song is about his experience in hospitals, battling CF and the positive aspects of life in a hospital. Charlie says "Hopefully people with Cystic Fibrosis and without will be able to relate, but most of all, hopefully it will bring a smile to those who need a bit of cheering up!".

We've had the pleasure of working with Charles Michael Duke CF on his new song 'Life In A Hospital'! The song is about his experience with hospitals and the positive aspects. Charlie says "Hopefully people with Cystic Fibrosis and without will be able to relate, but most of all, hopefully it will bring a smile to those who need a bit of cheering up!". The music video will soon be hitting YouTube, so keep an eye on his page for the latest!

***EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE 'LIFE IN A HOSPITAL'!***

Its written, recorded, and the video is in production. I am so excited to share it with you guys!

"Life in a Hospital" is all about... well 'Life in a Hospital', but all the positive things of being there, like breakfast in bed, and attractive nurses... Hopefully people with Cystic Fibrosis and without will be able to relate, but most of all, hopefully it will bring a smile to those who need a bit of cheering up!

Massive Thankyou to Capta Media and RFB Music for all their help with recording and filming, they've been amazing! And to the Adult CF team, and Ward C5 at Southampton General Hospital, who have allowed me to film the music video whilst I'm here, during my current admission. Cannot believe the support I've received for this!

I can't wait to see the finished product and let you all hear it!
