This lovely farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century, provides very spacious accommodation for eight people in four bedrooms. The cottage has many original features, such as beams, exposed flagstone floors and a large inglenook fireplace. rning stove set in an original Cornish granite inglenook - particularly cosy for winter evenings. The lounge is well equipped with a large flatscreen television and freeview, a DVD player and a radio/CD player. The dining room has a large table with ample space for eight, an open fire and another more comfy seating area. The kitchen has exposed beams, lovely stone walls and an old stone hearth. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It also has a separate utility room with a washing machine, and there is a tumble dryer in one of the outbuildings. There's a small porch at the front for boot and board storage. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms and a smaller bunk room. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. The third bedroom has two single beds and the bunk room has two beds stacked on top of each other. There is also a large family bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Outside there's a lovely landscaped garden with a spacious patio area, with table and chairs for eight. At the end of the garden are two old stone outbuildings. One houses the tumble dryer and beach equipment, the other has a table tennis table and table football.
