8 years ago, I started a side hustle providing running tours in Chester. I then pivoted and The Taste of Chester Food Walking Tour Experience was born. Since then 3 more city/town locations have been added and 6 awards won. The business has rebranded to Walking Food Tours UK and the tour guide team is continuing to grow. I partner with amazing independents and it’s an honour and a pleasure to be able to showcase them to guests from all around the world. More city locations are planned this year as well as different tour experiences. Continued thanks to Adele Carr for enabling me to still enjoy an amazing job in recruitment (I’m still learning even after 28 years) whilst developing my food tourism brand. Exciting times ahead.
