We are taking bookings from 1st May in all our properties but Bear Lodge is our flagship property.
There are only 4 lodges at Tattershall that have a roof terrace as RKD Holiday Lets has 2 of them. 34 is on the main through road towards Fairways and its sister lodge is sited just below making the 2 of them ideal for larger families who want to be close to each other. 34 overlooks 32.
The property comprises of a large kingsize master suite with ensuite shower and walk in dressing. There is a tv on the wall. The bed is made up ready for your arrival with deluxe high quality linen.
Coming down the passage way you have a twin bedroom on your left with 2 supersize twin beds 3' wide and 6'3 width. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space plus tv.
The 3rd twin bedroom is on the right and also has supersize twin beds storage space and tv.
Further down the passage is the family bathroom complete with walk in shower etc. We supply toilet roll and toiletries.
Through the passage door leads you into the open plan kitchen diner and loungearea. On the left is a dining table with chairs etc.
The fully equipped kitchen is to the right. This also incorporates a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
There is a large integrated fridge and separate freezer plenty of storage cuboards which are where all the crockery pots and pans etc are kept. There is a built in microwave and eye level oven and an integrated dishwasher.
Moving round is the 5 ring gas hob followed by the integrated washing machine and the sink. We supply all antiviral cleaning products including surface cleaner wipes washing up liquid dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll. The cloth and scourer are replaced at every change over.
The large lounge area has 2 settees one of which has a pull out bed and coffee table which overlook the large smart 4khd television. There is a large display cabinet as well as a sideboard which is where we kee
