‘First ever Christmas spent outside the UK, and what an unforgettable experience it was to celebrate all our milestone birthdays 🎂Our first time also in South Africa and I’m totally hooked and already wanting to go back! Madikwe Hills lodges are the most stunning place to stay, who care so much about the surrounding wildlife and we have learnt so much about the animals.

Today’s adventure at ICEHOTEL!!

What an incredible place!

There are two parts the Ice Hotel 365 which is open all year round - the suites here are designed by individual artists and have a warm room with sauna and bathroom attached.

The Ice Hotel is built from ‘Snice’ that is harvested from the river every year - and it’s built around November time before it melts back into the river around March time!

The pictures really don’t do it justice! The Ice Art is just incredible!

Hello from stunning Lapland ⛄️❄️⛄️

Staying is this beautiful and remote village that straddles Swedish and Finnish Lapland.

This morning, first thing we headed off for ‘Call of the Wild Husky Safari’ we both ‘mushed’ a team of very excited huskies through spectacular Lapland scenery. It really did feel like Narnia!!

A once in a lifetime experience, thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended!!!

Just a quick note to say I will be out of the office until Friday 10th January. I am taking a group of lovely clients out to Finnish Lapland in search of the Northern Lights.

The tour starts in Athens, where you can enjoy some free time to explore the city sights and take a tour of the Acropolis. You will then set off to the beautiful island of Tinos by ferry the next day, here you will spend 3 nights, your stay will include an island tour plus a day trip to Mykonos. Then you’ll take your next ferry to Naxos, this island boasts some of the best beaches in Greece and you’ll have 2 nights to explore before heading onto Santorini, you’ll get to experience the Caldera hike finishing in the beautiful town of Oia, famous for its white washed buildings and blue domed churches.
