I do this by facilitating a calmer and more efficient workplace. After leaving the RAF, I completed 15 years working for numerous companies, witnessing the reason why I formed this company. My core beliefs drew me to wanting to help others. I want to eradicate those Monday blues, stress, anxiety and the harassment that some employees go through in their daily working lives. But not just that, I al

so want to enhance what they are already experiencing to provide an even richer, respected and enjoyable workplace. MGpeople draws upon years of first-hand experience of the challenging complexities of modern business and the belief that it is people that ultimately determine the success of any organisation. Where the individuals and the teams within an organisation work effectively then the organisation will work effectively. MGPeople provides tools using NLP, Psychometric Profiling and Dysfunctional Team Work training creating an innovative approach that works. I work closely with managers and employees using structured processes to ascertain how they function, engage with others and how they fit within the wider organisation. I then help them develop to the best of their potential both for the benefit of themselves and the businesses they work for.
