Skylark Beach House Filey Skylark is a dog-friendly holiday home at The Bay, Filey - available for breaks all year round. Log burner in the spacious lounge/diner. Free unlimited wifi.

Sea Urchins Cottage and Skylark Beach House are situated on The Bay Filey, an award- winning holiday village on the North Yorkshire coast. Guests have free use of the pool, sauna, steam room and gym on site. Sea Urchins Cottage (built 2016) accommodates 5 people (max 4 adults) in 2 bedrooms, both ensuite, with a balcony from the master with sea view. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 can be

set up as twin beds or a kingsize. There is a camp bed for the 5th guest (child) if needed. Skylark Beach House (built 2012) again accommodates 5 people, in 2 bedrooms, both with ensuites. Kingsize bedroom 1 with ensuite wet room. Kingsize bedroom 2 (can also be 2 small singles) with ensuite bathroom. Additional 4ft (small double) guest bed for 5th person if required. Both houses have a high chair and cot available. The Bay offers excellent amenities - including large swimming pool, sauna/steam room, gym, all 2 minutes walk away. You are only 10 mins walk from the coast, an excellent clean, sandy beach stretching for miles. On site there is also a pub, cafe and shop/pharmacy. There are also activities at a small cost. The Bay also has a wildflower meadow, football pitch and boules courts and is a lovely relaxing place to stay.

The new side path is now installed, providing access to the rear decking - no need to go through the bedrooms - ideal if you have friends and family staying nearby wanting to pop round and join you on the back deck :-) Thanks to Tom and Kes for their hard work on the deck and path. Excellent service.

It’s taken 6 days and still not quite finished but we have the most wonderful new deck at Skylark 🙂 just need some ropes and the sides finishing off.

Previously just 2 small decks, one off each bedroom. Now one large extended deck and steps down onto the lawn.

Very happy with the new dining table, benches and chairs at Skylark. It's taken a long time choosing something we both liked :-)
