The house is located on the road to San Josep km5, on a small side street, just a few hundred meters distant from famous restaurant 'km5'.

The gorgeous beaches are very close: Sa Caleta in less then 5 minutes, CALA JONDAL with BLUE MARLIN in 5 minutes or the pretty west side beaches Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala d'Hort all within 15 minutes distance.

The villa is surrounded by a big garden with a lot of beautiful plants, a big pool and the BBQ area to celebrate life.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 big living rooms, kitchen, pool, etc.

The Villa will surprise you with a special party room to play pool listen to music and drink cold beer at you own private bar!

Air Condition and WIFI are provided, also enough parking space for 3-4 cars or more.

This reformed Finca is located near Santa Eulalia, on a plot of private land of 100.000m2. It is a countryside area with beautiful sea and mountain view.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big living room, kitchen, garden, terrace, big pool, BBQ, alarm and wifi
The distance to Ibiza town is around 15-20 minutes by car, the nearest beaches are Cala Pada, Cala Nova, Cala Martina, all around 5 minutes distant from the finca

Beautiful interior designed Villa in Salinas Ibiza, with spectacular views of the sea ,Salinas natural Park and sunset.
The villa is set in 14000sq mts of pine forest with complete privacy.
Located within The Salinas Natural Park 2 minutes from the beaches of Es Cavallet y Salinas, which house some of the islands most famous beach restaurants.
It is 5 minutes by car to Playa den Bossa beach clubs and 10 minutes to Ibiza town.
It has 3 large bedrooms en suite. (total) and a guest toilet.
The main house has a large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and en suite.
The apartment has a separate entrance outside and has a large en suite room and the possibility of adding two more beds for kids or guest.
All rooms are very spacious.
Great pool and large terrace with loungers, outside dining and lounge.
The villa is close by a big door front and very private.

We strongly advise if booking with other Villa/apartment websites just be careful before handing your money over, Before we started this page I nearly lost money with bogus sites/ Villa owners and other people have paid for Villas and when they have turned up the Villa was not free, the Villas on this page are all owned by Thomas and he has great reviews, so you are just dealing with 1 person that owns all the Villas and the staff that work for Thomas :-)

2 Big named Djs just booked in for a few times this year, not allowed to say who, but they are happy with price and location.
