News from Historic Environment Scotland (HES).
Lochleven Castle will be open from Wednesday 17 May until 31 October 2023. The site will be open daily from 10:00am to 5:30pm April – September, with last outward sailing at 4:15pm, and from 10:00am to 4:30pm (last outward sailing 3:30pm) in October.
Given boat transport is required to get to the castle, visitors are encouraged to book tickets in advance and check for whether the transport has been affected by weather on the day.
