Something positive received in post recently. A cracking site to be involved in. We had in excess of 20 bricklayers day in day out for nearly 2 years to build 195 homes which is some going in itself. But to achieve quality at a fast pace is a big achievement. credit to all involved.

Tonnes of bricks concrete and soil later 6 grab wagons to be precise. And rebar is in ready for 20 m3 of concrete.

Another job we’ve been on the last couple of weeks for Nuneaton council. Take down 47 m boundary wall that was structurally unsafe. Dig out existing foundations and build new retaining wall with spike fence on top.

Brick slips to keep in with existing gable feature that we done a few years back. All brick slips cut onsite by us.

Back in 2020 we were involved in building two lovely new build properties in hockley Heath Solihull. Over the last month we’ve been back to build two extensions on one of them. We love a bit of private work away from the big housing sites.

A private development of 3 no new builds we delivered the masonry package on over in stourbridge. We weren’t to keen on the projecting header feature but it’s come up well.

Works progressing really well over at charlton school Telford for vistry partnerships. Started on site mid December several plots with roofs on. Zero items on inspections with mainly scores of 5. A brilliant effort from the all the lads onsite.

We’re almost complete down at the point castle vale for lovells. 123 new homes in just over 12 months. Last few bits to wrap up.

As our second Christmas on site approaches over churchfields Kidderminster for vistry partnerships. We have completed over 200 homes inc garages boundary walls. Only few plots left to build in the new year.

It’s been a busy year and we are pleased to have secured another contract with vistry partnerships in Telford which is our third concurrently. It’s our first week starting the first of a 195 homes in total.
