Full time (35 hours per week)

Target salary: £22,000 per annum (plus rent-free living accommodation with all utilities paid)

We are seeking a full-time House/Estate Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role are the cleaning and turnarounds of two Airbnb holiday accommodation units on our Country House estate, the Coach House (sleeps 6-8) and Coal House (sleeps 2-4). In addition, there will be cleaning and maintenance tasks in respect of the main Grade II listed Georgian mansion building and its grounds including the garden, spinney, stables and paddock.

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and energetic person with a keen eye for detail and very high standards of cleanliness and customer service. In addition to cleaning and property turnaround work (which will include cleaning and maintenance of hot tubs), you will also be the first point of contact for any guest queries or issues with the accommodation.

The role requires that the successful applicant lives on-site. The manager’s private accommodation is situated in the ‘Garden Room’ rear wing of the main house, which includes an ensuite bedroom, a sitting room, and a kitchen/dining room. This accommodation will be provided to the successful applicant free of charge on a service occupancy agreement basis. The following utilities are also included free of charge: electricity, water, oil-fired central heating, high-speed fibre internet, and TV with digital subscriptions.

A discretionary bonus scheme, based upon Airbnb customer feedback scores, will be considered following successful completion of a probationary period.

I offer a number of massage treatments such as deep tissue ( great for chronic pain, tension, migraines) swedish massage (which is aimed towards relaxation but still working on problem areas.) Pregnancy and hot stone massage.

Aswell as the obvious treatments, I also offer eye lash and brow treatments, waxing and BIAB ( Gel nails) 👀
