Running out of power is the last thing we want to happen, and in the winter the solar panels don’t do too much to recharge them. So to combat that we have installed some very clever Lithium Phosphate batteries. Unlike conventional car batteries, these are quicker to charge and last for a lot longer so we should be able to keep our guests toasty and warm with lots of electricity.

Today we added an XBOX games console to the second cabin. Some extra entertainment for the kids (or adults!). Great for when the wet autumnal days set in.
