This is a uniquely positioned, stunning new property with majestic views over the Camel Estuary. Converted from an old pig house into a property that sleeps 6. We accept dogs at a charge of £25 and prices range from
£565 to £1995 for this season.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with stunning views and TV.
There is a family bathroom with shower and bath.
Downstairs there is a twin room and double room both with views of the estuary and TV's.
On the middle level there is a small entrance hall and the kitchen. lounge and dining room is open plan. There is WiFi, TV, bluetooth speaker, range cooker and dishwasher. There is a toilet on this floor and a utility room with washer and dryer. From the main living area are two large patio doors on to the patio which overlooks the estuary. There is a private three tiered garden that goes down to an orchard and outside shower for dogs or wetsuits. There is plenty of parking. The property is ready at 4pm but we will contact you if it is any sooner with the key safe. Change over day is Friday. We’re often here to welcome guests as we live on the same site.
