🛳 This morning I disembarked the Disney Dream in Barcelona 😭 after a fabulous 5 nights on board ❤️

So while I am waiting in the airport lounge for my flight home, I thought I would share my top Disney Cruise tips - for anyone sailing on the Southampton sailings coming very soon (the ship sets sail from Barcelona to Southampton today!) or for those of you looking to book for the future!

1. Once you have checked in at the terminal and are sitting waiting to board, connect to the DCL-Guest Wifi and set up your Disney Cruise app - you don't need to wait until you actually get on board! This means while you are waiting you can start looking at all the activities on board that day!

2. When looking at activities in the app - heart (save) any that you have even the remotest thought you may like. You will get a notification 15 minutes before the activity and then you can decide if you want to go or not!

3. Don't miss the kids club open house's - even if you are a childless adult like me! The kids spaces on the ships are epic! And during this time you can explore them as an adult - or play in there with your kids. At all other times there are no adults allowed inside other than the youth activities crew!

4. Take a tumbler! Water, Sodas/Tea and Coffee are free in the buffet during opening times and on the pool deck 24 hours a day - but the cups there are small! We filled our tumblers with water (or vitamin water see below!) and ice before we went to bed and they stayed cool all night!

5. Specific to the Dream: The drinks stations 2 sides of the pool deck differ slightly - one has Vitamin water if you prefer a still soft drink! Its good!!

6. Mixology if you like a cocktail - this is for you!! I missed out on a pre-booking for this, but once I connected my app at the port I saw some last minute places and booked us on! **Disclaimer - if you drink all your cocktails, get somewhat tipsy and fall up the stairs at bingo - I take no responsibility (although I can empathise - my ankle is killing!!**

And lastly - Have fun!!!! Disney Cruise Line is an absolutely amazing experience - enjoy it!!
