Bringing together over 200 colleagues from across the Wilson James leadership community, our Management Conference on Friday provided a fantastic opportunity to connect, inspire, and celebrate everything that makes Wilson James great.
From insightful guest speakers to interactive panel discussions exploring key topics that are critical to our continued success, along with live music and our annual management awards, it was a day filled with energy, learning, and pride.

Providing the care and confidence for everyone to enjoy travel ✈️🐾
At Wilson James we believe that all passengers should have the same positive experience and a seamless journey, supported by staff who are knowledgeable about the entire airport, not just the Assistance Service.
We have therefore partnered with Guide Dogs UK to enhance accessibility within the airports we serve, training new groups of puppies who are navigating the airport environment for the very first time. Experiencing the Special Assistance facilities as well as check-in, security, departure lounges, gates, baggage halls and a plane, the puppies were immersed in the full airport experience with all its sights, smells and suitcases!
Thank you to Heathrow Airport, and British Airways for helping us facilitate this initiative, we look forward to welcoming more trainee puppies to the airport in the future!
