❗️Weaver Fish ❗️
Our little boy was happily playing in the sea today at Weymouth beach and was stung by a Weaver Fish.
These horrid little things hide underneath the sand and sting hard. It is extremely painful. Luckily the lifeguards on the beach were fabulous and soaked his foot in hot water to break up the venom.
Please be careful out there and hopefully the advice to get the sting in hot water ASAP will help.

We have just been fishing at the Stone Pier off of Nothe Fort and was greeted by this beauty 🦭
This stunning seal sat and sunbathed next to us for ages. What a treat when staying at Bay View Caravans - Haven Littlesea, Weymouth

Today there was a huge cliff fall on West Bay’s beach. Please keep your distance if visiting as the cliff is very unstable with more cracks forming. Slips further up are still possible. Please be careful.
There are comments of people seeing trees float past them on the beach 🙈
