It's important to have bright and light photos on your AirBnB properties, or other booking websites. The concept is to take the viewer on a journey through the property and try and portray layers and textures so that potential guests can imagine themselves living and enjoying each space. Although you could add up to 100 photos, you really need minimum 8 including the living area, master bedroom and kitchen, plus any other lovely features the property might have.

This New property is at 4 Alma Place, Whitley Bay, owned by Cullercoats Bay Holidays. I was drawn to the fabric textures, colours, and vintage styling ideas. It's warm, inviting and welcoming.

There is a certain amount of styling involved in a shoot like this, but I always recommend not going over the top - present it at its best, as there is nothing worse than your guest being underwhelmed when they arrive. So don't over style the place before photos, just be as authentic as possible.
