Counselling is a very personal experience and the therapeutic relationship as unique and individual as any in life. Life events can often seem overwhelming affecting us, as individuals, in a wide variety of ways, such as through anxiety, frustration, regret, lack of motivation/direction and low self-esteem. Experiencing this can affect us negatively and affect quality of life for ourselves, friends and family. It may seem like a variety of areas of our life are affected, such as our health, family, relationships, education, work, money.
