Starting off the year as we mean to go on with a brisk walk up Orrest Head.

Great new addition of the drinks stop and also Stick Man for the kids!

Our holiday cottage is a short distance away from the start of the Orrest Head walk so a great one to do without needing a car or public transport.

⛰️ Walks ⛰️ Our trips to the Lake District always include a good walk. We love trying out new routes and visiting new places. Any tips for family walks? We’ve normally concentrated on south lakes so something a bit further afield would be good. Can you guess where we are?
