Stop press ... Cabo Verde will "shortly" open an Embassy in London! The Minister for Foreign Affairs announced this yesterday at the CAPE conference. British MP Andrew Mitchell supported this in a video address. We're all keeping our fingers crossed that this means Brits will soon be able to get visas more easily.
