What a lovely review from my clients who have just returned from Valencia. ✈️🌟💎

"We booked this hotel through vip travel.

Well situated for exploring the old town of Valencia. Right next to one of the old town gates and central for sightseeing. Small modern hotel. Staff are really friendly & very helpful. Spotlessly clean. The only bar is the rooftop bar, and you get a complementary drink voucher for it on arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit because it was shut due to high winds on the day we we're going to go there. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but the dining room looked nice.

Rooms very nice, clean & modern. Bathrobes & slippers provided. My only negative is that the rooms we had were very dark as no natural daylight. They were arranged around a tiny court yard & as we were on the 2nd floor (I believe there were 5 floors), we had no idea what the weather was like outside.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and definitely book with Bee as the whole trip and booking was made smooth and stress free."

REVIEW
Breathless Montego Bay Resort & Spa

We recently stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights after long flight to Jamaica.
On arrival staff so welcoming and glass of local champagne offered
Reception area was very busy and it is only a small space, however check in ran smoothly and efficiently.

We were offered an upgraded room as I am an Independent Travel Consultant and we were not disappointed especially as we were allocated our own Butler service.
Craig the Butler was so lovely and helpful and is there to make your stay as stress free as possible. He would even bring breakfast to your room.

Breathless I found is a party Hotel. It has a large pool area with numerous sunbeds, a stage area with dj. This starts playing around 12 mid day until 12 midnight.
We were not aware of this on booking and our Javuzzi bath along faced the whole area. The pool area was so empty during the daytime and it has amazing beds and cabanas to bathe on. I personally think this is due to the loud dj music and PA on all day.

Breathless is also attached to Secrets St. James Montego Bay which was a bonus for us to leave the noise and relax. Craig organised our sunbeds which were in a quiet pool area and thick mattress sun loungers. He will also take you there by buggy if required so this is perfect if you struggle to walk far. Craig booked all of our evening resturants which was helpful as they get very busy.

Buffet breakfast at Breathless is small and quiet - had live music 2 mornings which was lovely (saxophone & Guitar) There is also buffet area at Secrets and coffee shop with usual cakes & croissants

There is lots of entertainment and numerous restaurants to choose from in both Hotels. Breathless has a rooftop resturant and bar - during the day also has open pool and whirlpool bath area.

Secrets has a Spa and Gym that is available to use if staying in either of these Hotels (extra charges for treatments) and if you just like to walk then you have pathway around the whole resort.

Position - 4 (def a great stop from airport)
Entertainment - Breathless 3 (music just too loud) St James 5 (entertainment more suited to us)
Resturants - 4 ( buffet, Italian, Jamaican, pizza, fish, food huts along beach, coffee shop, waffles)

I would reccomend Breathless if you want quick stop over, like a party Hotel, amazing staff - def upgrade to Butler room, and having Secrets over the bridge is perfect.
I would reccomend Secrets if you prefer quieter environment as there are lots of areas to relax in the day and enjoy entertainment in the evening.

Review -

We moved from another Hotel to Azul.
The welcome from reception staff was 5* . We were shown around resort offered an amazing rate to upgrade our room go the bridal suite , which if coming with 2 children is ideal with sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Resort is clean. Option of 2 buffet areas. 2 quick grab eateries. 3 restaurants. Beach is clean and tidy (you do get locals selling which is monitored by security so they don't hassle) sunbeds I'd say is only problem as there are not enough so it's an early rise. You have options of daily and nightly entertainment if you choose. Bar & pool at building 4 have music daily from 2-6 so defiantly pop along to enjoy (one day they do a foam party)
You even have the option for romantic dinner on the beach which is very special.
This is a family resort with an Adult only area.
Staff are amazing in all areas. Marion at brekkie and sedrick in main pool bar just so friendly.
As an Independent Travel Agent I would defiantly reccomend this resort if visiting Jamaica as it will make you want to stay longer.

Pools - plenty of them 4* (only as I like big pools)
Food - buffet breakfast good in main restaurant 4* (Marion was amazing)
Italian - 2* wouldn't reccomend as food was not good quality and it was cold staff not attentive
Asian - 4* freshly cooked. Place needs more ambiance or music
Jamaican - we couldn't get in heard good reviews
Beach food - 3 or 4* go around 1pm or it runs out. Can't beat jerk chicken and slaw
Entertainment - 5* on every day and night at main bar
Bar staff - 5* at every bar and always want to please. You do have to tip so take US $ - sedrick was the best for us and made amazing expresso martinis
Value for money - 4* and I say this only as some areas need a little freshen up and clean
