We scour the globe for interesting, unique and memorable properties to rent and promote them via the site. When the ideal location and property is confirmed we put the client into direct contact with the property’s owner or manager; ensuring direct dialogue and a more personal appr

oach. Although exclusive and luxury properties are offered, we also promote one off properties for a simpler budget too, helping to take holidaymakers away from the predictable mass market resorts. Our research and experience shows that there are lots of people looking for more individual properties, but that the one off properties get drowned in the bigger websites where they make up such a tiny percentage of the total listings. One Off Places is giving this niche market exactly what our customers are looking for – a range of properties of differing types and rental prices, but all of which boast a distinctive quality.
