JOB VACANCY

CALIFORNIA CHALET AND TOURING PARK are seeking to appoint forward thinking and proactive maintenance manager to assist with the day to day management of our busy holiday park

We are looking for someone with

general maintenance skills
some office experience to help the office with day to day management
computer would be good but not essential

The role will consist of
Hire holiday checks and repairs
Maintenance on the holiday park
Assisting our small team with day to day bookings /general management/ guests arriving

Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Every other Saturday
Full time position

WE CAN OFFER ACCOMMODATION WITH THIS POSITION

Driving license would be great

When visiting us there is lots of games you can play in the park, hope to see you soon

1. Have a scavenger hunt. Kids love collecting & picking things up. There are so many things to pick up & collect along your walk pine cones, leaves, feathers, acorns, twigs etc. Take a bag with you to take home all your treasures.

2. Take a piece of paper & crayon with you to do bark rubbings or leaf rubbings.

3. Make some noise. Pick up some sticks of different sizes & textures, bang them against a tree. What noise do they make?
If you have more than one child with you, can you work together to bang out a rhythm?
4. Collect some twigs, leaves, and stones to make some pictures with them. Write out their name or lay out a trail to follow.

5. Feel a tree, if you have a scarf, blindfold one person. Spin them around and take them to a tree and let them feel it, move away from the tree another spin round then remove the scarf and see if they can guess which tree it was by the way it felt.
