Sometimes in life you meet some truly wonderful people
12 months ago we had the pleasure of meeting Cherene, Moray & two members of the “Hoofgang” from Lunar Eclipse Equine EFL Therapy Horses CIC: a charity dedicated to redefining Equine facilitated learning & wellness through the magic of miniature therapy horses in care homes, nursing homes & school hospitals throughout the UK
We were moved by the team’s passion, kindness, personality & emotional connectivity - the joy they bring to vulnerable people both young & old - and when an opportunity to help presented itself earlier this year we felt we had to step up and assist! The team at Lunar Eclipse EFL Therapy Horses CIC Non Profit have helped so many people over the years, it felt right someone help them in their hour of need 🩷

From a Dream to a Driveway – A Year of Magic, Friendship & Family 💫🐴🛻
A year ago at Bolesworth, something quietly magical happened.
I met two extraordinary men — Neil and Jim.
At the time, it was simply a conversation. We talked about miniature horses, about the joy they bring, and about the difference our little herd makes in people’s lives. What I didn’t realise then was that this encounter would gently shape our future in ways I never imagined.
Three years ago, Moray and I would walk past the majestic Sovereign Horseboxes, staring up in awe and whispering dreams.
“Imagine seeing inside one…”
“One day, the Hoofgang will have a Sovereign Horsebox with our name on it.”
It felt like wishful thinking. We couldn’t even picture being inside one far less owning one. But still — we believed in that dream.
Then came 2024.
I found myself talking with Neil again at the Sovereign stand. We shared stories, he listened with genuine interest, and for the first time, someone in that world really saw what we were trying to build, he introduced us to Jim and that was the start of something special.
That weekend, we learned everything we could about the Theault 3.5T horseboxes — especially their incredible Switch system — and walked away saying once more, “That’s going to be ours one day.”
Over the next year, we stayed in touch.
We built more than a professional connection — we built trust, shared values, and something rooted deeply in family.
Because we are a family-run business. And family means everything to us.
And Neil and Jim — they have that same heart. Kind, grounded, generous… the sort of people who don’t just believe in products, they believe in people.
And now, Lunar Eclipse EFL Therapy Horses proudly drives our very own Theault horsebox.
Not only does it bear the Sovereign Horseboxes logo we once gazed at with hope, it also carries Jim’s Sovereign Equestrian brand — and also an other incredible gentleman Larry, the Leo Lion Foundation emblem, a symbol of everything this journey has come to mean.
Because this isn’t just a vehicle.
It’s a vessel of healing.
It’s a dream delivered with integrity and love.
From a passing conversation…
To a promise kept…
To a dream delivered.
Neil and Jim — you didn’t just sell us a horsebox.
You believed in us.
You gave the Hoofgang the gift of being seen — and the means to travel safely and proudly to those who need us most.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Because sometimes, the smallest horses bring about the biggest stories.
And sometimes, the kindest people make the wildest dreams come true.
