So another solution ready to be built in the new year. The brief asked for a space to grow some veg, have a mixed planting scheme and lawn space to play with grand children. The raised planters will be built with natural stone walls and the paving will be a block that is sympathetic to the existing patio. Stay tuned for progress.

Who here has watched ‘Grand Designs’ ? That awful moment half way through when it looks like plans, building standards and budget are going AWOL! Similarly with ‘Your home made perfect’?

If only these people had got Karl on speed dial! Karl Grace of Karl Grace Designs is an architectural technologist. The brains and logistics behind those fancy designs.
