Sometimes things arrive in twos! Here is another testimonial from my recent tiger tours.

"From the moment Janette met us outside Door 4 of Delhi airport she and her team did everything they could to ensure we had an outstanding holiday experience. We had traveled with Janette in 2023 and enjoyed ourselves so much we booked a second visit. It's like holidaying with a friend who has taken on all the organising. The Ranthambore Regency hotel is an ideal base. Located only 10 minutes drive from the park's main entrance, the staff are charming and friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The buffet style meals are excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the onsite spa offers a range of treatments to aid relaxation after a hectic morning of tiger spotting. Ah… the tigers! We had the most amazing sightings. 8 individual tigers on our first day and another day where we spent both morning and afternoon sessions in the company of Ridhi and her three boisterous cubs. In addition to these and other tiger sightings during the week we saw sloth bear, mongoose, sambar, chittal and nilgai, wonderful birdlife as well as enjoying the beautiful Ranthambore landscapes.
Ash and Sajid make up the dream team of guide and driver, fathoming out where the tigers are likely to be, or where they will go if they are on the move, and positioning the vehicle to get the best sightings. They offer insights into the wildlife and the flora, how the tigers are behaving and what has been going on between game drives.
A truly wonderful holiday that we will look back on for years as a highlight amongst our many travels."

"We have just arrived back from an amazing trip to Ranthambore with Janette. Having had to cancel this trip in 2020 due to Covid we had high expectations to meet and it did not disappoint. Ranthambore is a stunning National Park with such a variety of scenery. Our guides Ash and Sajiid were so skilled at tracking and spotting wildlife and ensuring we were in the perfect position to get photographs. It was such an amazing experience to come across our first Tiger, Arrowhead, calmly walking along marking her territory. We also saw the stunning female Noori, impressive male Ganesh and Riddhi and her cubs. It is such a privilege to be able to watch these amazing cats in their natural environment. While the Tigers were our main focus we saw so much more - Langur monkeys kept us entertained while we waited for the gates to open, A sloth bear and her cub wrestling on the path was a really special treat and there seemed to be so many species of Owl. The hotel was lovely, staff so friendly and food really tasty. Janette was always on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly, she is a great tour guide, looking after us all so well and giving advice when needed. She is also great company - I haven’t laughed that much in ages. I would thoroughly recommend this trip and will be going again as soon as possible."

Just received this testimonial about one of my recent Bengal tiger Tours. So pleased a good time was had!!

"Just back from an amazing trip with Janette to Ranthambore National Park. It exceeded my expectation in so many ways. Ranthambore is a really stunning destination and each zone offers something new. The main stars were, of course, the tigers and they did not disappoint. Ash and Sajid were amazing, their tracking was exceptional and they knew exactly where to place us to ensure that the photographic conditions were the best available. They were an integral part of this trip and an absolute delight to get to know. We had a number of tiger sightings, Arrowhead on the first day blew me away and then seeing Riddhi and her cubs was a real treat. Noorie was so beautiful and then there was Ganesh, who was just stunning. The tigers, whilst the undisputed stars of the show, were by no means the only reason to go. There is so much wildlife to see and photograph. I would go back in a heart beat. As always with Janette the hotel that you stay in was wonderful, the staff really could not do more for you and it was a lovely place to relax between safaris. Finally, Janette was, as always, excellent in every way. The whole trip was so well organised and Janette really could not do more for you. As always, she was on hand to provide advice when needed and I came away with yet more tips and tricks in lightroom. As well as that, I have honestly not laughed as much for ages. A totally fabulous trip in every way. I will definitely be returning."

As many of you are aware I have been visiting India since 2012. I simply love the Country, its people, culture and wildlife, in particular the wild Bengal Tiger. I have led many successful tours to Ranthambhore National Park to see and photograph Bengal tigers. I have a great team behind me and we stay in luxury accomodation. This year was no exception with many sightings of tigers and their cubs plus sloth bears, peacocks, 4 types of owls and mammals. I have decided that next year, 2025, I will run 4 more tours and this is likely to be the last time that I will do so. I will always run private tours for those of you who would like me to. I have today updated my website with the dates for next years tours. They are as follows: ONE: 8-16 April 25, TWO: 15-23 April 25, THREE: 22-30 April 25, FOUR: 29 April - 7 May 25. To secure the best Zones in the park it is essential to book now. There are several Zones where there are tigers with cubs to be seen and the cubs will still be in those Zones next year. The cubs will be a year older and will be starting to challenge each other and their Mothers. If you would like to see this I would encourage you to book now. As it is likley to be my last year I am keeping the cost exactly the same as it was this year. Please PM for details.
