The Fjell Hytte shepherd's hut has its own fire pit and seating area, a perfect place to cook some good food, have a glass of wine and sit in your own undisturbed little slice of heaven.

Of course last night we had to go and experience the fire pit for ourselves, (while we have no guests there) it was a perfect, sunny evening. Hot dogs and wine, what a combo!

They have been having a holiday at my Mum and Dad's place in Oxfordshire since July...

Tistockers Cabin

A retro and quirky American Route 66 style log cabin! This is for those of you looking for something a bit different and fun for your stay. The photos honestly don't do it justice, this place is so cool. (I'll add a reel video shortly)

It has totally unique and wacky hand-made furniture- check those bar stools made from bicycle pedals and a TV hidden under a tool cabinet!

It has 1 bedroom so only suited for two people, but we do allow one well-behaved 4 legged woof to join you!
This is a perfect base for exploring South Somerset, you have loads of walks, stunning views, and a brilliant pub 1 mile away. Plus Crewkerne and Yeovil are only 15 mins drive away. Or you can even go to the coast in 40 minutes, (Lyme Regis is a particular favourite of ours 😊)

Crewkerne and Yeovil are each only 15 mins drive away so you can get to civilisation when you need to!

Peace and quiet, a perfect romantic getaway for couples. Turn your phone off, play some card games, cosy up and watch a film on the DVD player or simply enjoy each other's company while gazing at the stars around the firepit...

Welcome to our new life in Somerset and an exciting new business adventure! ❤️

We are Charlotte, Tom and 9-year-old Austin. We left our lives in West Oxfordshire and moved to South Somerset in mid-August, the property came with two fully functioning and furnished Airbnb's; one is a cute little Norwegian style shepherd's hut, the other is a retro Route 66 American log cabin.

We are also setting up a smallholding to grow our own fruit and vegetables and rear our own organic meat. Sustainable and eco-friendly farming is the goal. We have a lot of work to do but it's an exciting adventure, following a life-long dream! 🥰
