Icona 10 is a beautiful luxury two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment based in central York just 1km from York Minster, 2km from York Railway station, 3km from York Race Course and just 36km from Bramham Park.

The apartment comes with a large lounge with flat-screen TV and streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine a washer dryer and dining area for four people.

There are two large bedrooms, one of which has a full en-suite. Both bedrooms also have a double wardrobe. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. Both bathrooms have towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

There is a private balcony with city views. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from the outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

The property features a lift to access it and is fully accessible. There is free wifi, a complimentary parking space and a free gym.

Harrogate International Centre is 37 km from the apartment, while Royal Hall Theatre is 37 km away. The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International Airport and is 50 km.

This property is available for both short term holiday and long term residential or contract lets. Rates are dependent on length of stay.
