Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in York!

We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has alot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Staying here allows you access to the private garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults. In the first bedroom, you will find a mezzanine king bed. In the next bedroom, there is a king bed. The third bedroom contains a zip and link bed. Please add in the notes on booking if your require a king or twins There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed in the mezzanine bedroom for family There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
