SWEET HOME Georgia

SWEET HOME Georgia Years ago, I packed my bags & moved to Atlanta, GA from Moscow. It has become home. There's so much to do & see in this historic state. Welcome Home!
(3)

I loved the southern hospitality so I created vacation rental homes to reflect the values & beauty of GA. Starting from $99 per night

... and just again, with 5 years of Hosting on Airbnb. 5 years ago I made the decision to start investing in Real Estate and Hosting the properties on Short Term Rental Platforms. It has been great! A decision I have never regretted. A decision that has made me money and given me a sense of purpose and direction.

and JUST AGAIN as always, I have bagged the SUPERHOST status non-stop for 5 years. 4.9 out of 5. Being a Super Host for 5 years is real work. It means you provided awesome hospitality services to guests.

SWEET HOME Georgia is indeed the Home of Love and Southern Hospitality. I am very proud.

My guests sent me these beautiful photos of their valentine and how they celebrated in one of houses.

Iā€™m so touched that I provide amazing memories for people. They booked me directly on my website. Hereā€™s their review.

ā€œI want to thank you for being so nice to be relaxed, my partner definitely loved it more because the back area is a very quiet place and we loved it too much.ā€

Our very own student is set to break A Guinness RECORD next Saturday. He will be attempting to break the record for the fastest 10 meters walking on the hands with both legs behind the head.

Current record holder was for 25.55sec.

His proposed record is 17secs.

Please, show your support for my protƩgƩ. He is Super talented! I remember his first day in class, we made him do it for us LIVE. Everyone was wowed! Mind blowing was all I could think.

Anjola Olupitan, aka Wave; I know youā€™ve got this! This sounds unbelievable but seeing you do this with ease, I know the record is yours.

We are so proud of you! I am soooo proud of you. Guys, if you are in Ibadan, pls show up for Anjola! Letā€™s bring this positive record home. He is our own.

Our very own. ā¤ļø ā¤ļø ā¤ļø

THREE of our properties just WON the Traveller Review Awards!

We are so excited! We have never won it before. Itā€™s not easy to win at all.

This is why we do what we do. Being a host has been one of the best decisions I ever took in life.

At Sweet Home Georgia, we strive to provide the best hospitality experience. Itā€™s indeed a home away from home filled with southern hospitality. On Airbnb, we are superhost, on booking we are winning.

Everywhere we go, we WIN šŸ† !

Thank you Ivy Nwachukwu - Lovelace and Faithful Okere for all your efforts in cleaning the properties with me. Thanks Mr Jonathan Quilote for being the regular onsite handyman and construction manager. Thanks everyone for your encouragement and watching me scale up on this journey since 2019.

When I come on Facebook to try to help you all by setting up clases, many of you call me names but when itā€™s time for charity, you all line up from the same person you call names.

Notice I stopped sharing travel or career advice on here? Cos I share it with my students. I mentor them, I share scholarships, my life and opportunities with them. Itā€™s not every job they get I post or every interview they get I discuss on here.

I decided to focus my market more with Americans as they seem to value me more. Many people think itā€™s by going abroad they will suddenly make it. Nah! You have to understand the map of success in the western world.

The western world is completely different. They base things on efforts. The harder you work, the more your reward. They do not believe in chea*ting. You cannot cheat in an examination, you canā€™t sleep your way through a job with your boss, etc. Understanding job titles is everything.

One of my students who just moved to America this year got a job and had barrage of questions for me which was ri*diculous cos I taught all these in class. Questions like what should he fill on his w4 form, insurance, whatā€™s an i9, etc. Prior to meeting me, this person was only making $10 an hour. Today his life has changed for the better.

My students are reporting that everything I teach is what they are seeing in interviews and the actual job. But do people wanna pay for my services in Naija? No! Theyā€™d rather buy bone straight hair or do owambe parties.

When I tell people sometimes their lives are what they made of it, they say I am out of touch. How? Life is about sacrifices, persistence and hardwork. Having talent isnā€™t enough. Just having skills is preparation. My mentorship is more than skills. After my class, it doesnt matter where you go in the world, you wonā€™t work your whole life as a care worker or a warehouse worker. You will get jobs you only dreamt of and you can only go up from there.

Some people donā€™t wanna take my class cos they donā€™t wanna subject themselves to me. Itā€™s strange cos non Nigerians are the ones most interested in what I have to offer. They know a goldmine when they see one.

I am one of Africaā€™s biggest treasure. Youā€™d have to be my protege to know it. I am the bridge for my people. With me you will learn things you never knew your whole life.

I never ever ever slept my way through success. It was pure hardwork. No sugar daddy and no godfather. I study so much, like a looot. Thereā€™s literally nothing I am not capable of if I put my mind to it. Iā€™m a go getter and I teach my protĆ©gĆ©s that.

Problem is with my fellow Nigerians, if they donā€™t get results right away, they lose interest. In the real world, thereā€™s no free meal and no instant gratification. You must persevere and not give up. Your Nigerian schools are extremely below par. A computer science student doesnā€™t even know what a mother board looks like or how to install a simple Microsoft windows software. They canā€™t troubleshoot a system or printer for the life of them. An English student cannot speak or write proper English. I could go on and on. Thereā€™s a serious brain drain in our society.

Only things Nigerians love are sports, food, fashion and party. Letā€™s not even begin on loyalty. Many students have betrayed me in a huge way than you can believe. I will soon start exposing them. In the meantime, if you care about your future, take my class.

My class isnā€™t an Upwork class. Iā€™ve never ever termed it as that. It is a Data Entry and Tech Support class. Tech support is one of the most important departments in a company. Itā€™s very rare for a company to do without it. AI cannot replace a technical support rep. I also added other skills like website creation, Sharepoint and project coordination tools, etc.

When I came to America, I didnā€™t know success sometimes depends on the right job title. You have to know what job title you are looking for. You need someone to train you and a community to back you up cos you are new to it. Itā€™s hard to just get a job without that community to guide and back you up.

I think Iā€™ve said my piece. Itā€™s not enough to pray for success or want it, make sacrifices for it. I am not your average mentor. Iā€™m not a Facebook mentor. I didnā€™t make my money off chasing clout or selling charms and courses. I made my money off working really hard in tech, business and real estate but you all would rather follow those Facebook influencers who made their money only off your followership. What exactly do they wanna teach you?

I graduated top of my class, I was the only female in my class. I came from nothing to something. It was harder for me cos I had no mentor or career supporter. Make your journey easier through Faithful and me. Even if you do not know tech at all, even if your career isnā€™t in tech, you need our course. Just donā€™t wish to be us, join us to be better than us.

Hoping to see you in January.

Been working 30 hours straight. Behind the glamour and glitz, this is the tech entrepreneur life I never really show. You work so much youā€™ve got to wear sunglasses to use the computer.

Today we launched Xandria Staffing Inc website. I create all my companiesā€™ websites and take website creation contracts for others.

I am so excited to launch šŸš€ one of its kind site. Details will follow this week. For now it is strictly by invite. I gave myself a deadline and I did it! Still working so when you say how lucky I am, are you ready to work past 24 hours like I do?

It's mostly work and less play.

My protĆ©gĆ©s have adopted the saying ā€œWWBDā€ which means ā€˜what would Blessing do?ā€™

You may ask why?

Iā€™m a lifestyle to be studied. A vision to be taught. I donā€™t even praise myself at all. If I begin, FB will go wild. One of my students is working (courtesy of me) for two months now with an American startup. The money might not be a lot. Between N250k -N300k monthly but itā€™s not 9-5 so he has time for more roles and salary is constant. He also has another remote job of N150k which is to be increased to N300k any moment. Currently he is making N400k minimum monthly.

He called to tell me he just got his Nigerian passport. He has saved almost N1M. This is someone who as at February was making N30k monthly on an on-site 12 hour shift prior to meeting me. Now he can comfortably pay for his sisterā€™s university tuition/upkeep and is saving to go study abroad.

Not all my students earn in dollars, some earn in naira too but they have reported a higher quality of life since meeting me.

I was very sick for over a week due to lack of vitamin D. My bones gave up on me and I could barely get down the stairs. I had to sunbathe. Even while ill, I showed up to all my classes and completed my hours professionally. Even stayed extra hours. Why? Cos people look up to me so I must show them by example what work ethics look like.

My current protĆ©gĆ©s said they will sue me if I was to di*e on them šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ as I have taught them a dream they now believe is possible. They have seen it come to pass with people that testify. Iā€™ve sat and mentored men and women on how to behave going forward in life. Taught them boldness and confidence. How to make money the legal way just by working your brain.

I am a lifestyle. If you arenā€™t part of my mentorship program, I donā€™t know what else to tell you. It is possible! I did it. Others have with me. I donā€™t even post enough evidence. You too can! Iā€™m a Well that never dries up. You only need to spend 5 mins with me to understand that the only words in your mouth going forward will be ā€œwhy didnā€™t I meet you earlier Coach Blessing?ā€

Itā€™s not too late, no matter your age, educational background or experience. Our registration and payment portal will open up today for the Data Entry and Tech Support Class. It isnā€™t just a class, it is a mentorship program that underpromises but overdelivers. My curriculum doesnā€™t even give full details of what I teach. It evolves based on the western worldā€™s demands.

I will prepare you to take that journey. I will train your accent, your ways, your mind. I will teach you tech no matter the level or age you are in. I tutor complete beginners or experts. My class has very limited seatings based on who comes first. 100 seatings only. The upcoming class is for January but pay fast to avoid ā€˜pleaseā€™ cos next class after January 2024 will be August 2024.

See you soon!

P.S: which is your Best Blonde Blessing look?

Photos by Favour Ijezie. Sheā€™s my protege. Go to her to make you look good for just N2k for 10 photos and $8-10 if you live abroad.

Itā€™s not like sometimes I never get sad. Itā€™s part of being human. To feel different emotions. As long as I donā€™t let whatever emotion I am feeling engulf me, I am good.

There was a time in my life I didnā€™t know how to master my emotions. Iā€™d feel everything so deep then I would try to mask it until it burst like a dam. I lost so many people in my life due to my outburst. People who misunderstood me and didnā€™t believe one could mature. Anyone is capable of change.

It doesnā€™t matter how much money you make in life, you must feel different emotions at some point in life.

There are times I feel pain at all the people I have lost. Nostalgia at the past that I can never get back. Anger sometimes cos I feel justice was never served in me and my late sisterā€™s situation. Disappointment at plans that fail. Fear at not getting my goals met. Panic whenever I wanted to start a new business. Joy at how far Iā€™ve come. Sorrow at wanting what I canā€™t have.

The emotion I feel the most is caution. If that can even be called an emotion. Am I sinking into depression? Am I aiming for too much? Am I going too far? Am I gonna regret my decision?

Then when all hope is lost, I cry and think of God cos at the end of the day, somethings are just beyond me. Some things I will never recover from in life. Itā€™s easy to say keep pushing forward when all you wanna do is stand still and wish the past was just a nightmare you could wake up from.

It isnā€™t. It is real. The past will never disappear. The future can change. The future hasnā€™t happened yet, so thereā€™s hope.

Thereā€™s hope of a better life. A happier life filled with dreams coming true but first, you must take the first step.

Donā€™t live in fear of starting all over again in life. Could be love, a new career, business, money, reconnecting with past friends or someone you once loved, etc. Whatā€™s the worst that could happen? You try and fail.

You will never know if you stand still because you are too scared to take the bold step forward. Take that step today. Itā€™s 3 months to Christmas. What are you waiting for?

As you all know, every September I open the portal for registration of Mercy and Jackson Entrepreneurial Grant for New Businesses.

This is something I began doing in honor of my late parents, especially my Mom who worked tirelessly and gave selflessly to mankind. This grant is to remind you that there is hope in humanity and that your time will come too.

I tell my protĆ©gĆ©s that opportunities will always come but the question is if you will be ready when it does. I am grateful that I can give. This gift isnā€™t coming from a place of abundance but just me doing my part for humanity. I give because my parents showed me unconditional love. I give because Iā€™m here simply by the grace of God and the support I received from humans during my most trying times. I give because it is my way of showing love to my home country, Nigeria. šŸ‡³šŸ‡¬

This yearā€™s wins will be N500k per person/business! I will announce the number of people who will win on the D-Day. Feel free to support me if you wish but currently, I am the only one funding this non-profit project in conjunction with my school, Instructor Home Inc.

2. There is no bad idea but you can only apply once. Previous winners cannot apply.
3. The application link is in the comment section.

5. All genders are welcome to apply.
