The Huli clan of the Tari region in Papua New Guinea all consider themselves as one person descended from the same ancestor, Huli.
They consider the yellow clay (Ambua) as sacred and it’s commonly used for body decoration.
Huli wigmen are known for their colorful decorated wigs, which they start growing from an early stage as part of manhood training. To grow a wig takes over 15 years. They sometimes complete their look with a cassowary quill that goes through the nose. The Huli wigmen have a unique culture with a deep and spiritual approach to masculinity!

Zanzibar Island, is the main island in the Tanzanian archipelago of Zanzibar. The island is famous for its mix of exotic beaches, famous spice plantations, history and diverse culture. Unguja (the main island in Zanzibar) is also home to many endangered species including the red colobus monkey and green turtle, and was home to the extinct Zanzibar Leopard.
