The elusive Kobe ( )in his natural environment. While scientist do not know much about this quick moving fidgety index finger specimen, they do know that he frequents the art and music venues of Accra in search of inspiring sounds like while wearing a black box around his neck. If you are lucky enough to find one of these rare Kobe's good luck getting him in frame and in focus. Try feeding him a vegetable but do not try to pronouns his last name.

This is one of my favorite pictures from our weekend Osu Beach Clean-up and Mini EDE. The benches made out of caste away car tires and bamboo were really cool Selassie and Papa Yaa (shown here) did a great job. When I returned the next day the benches were all occupied by people enjoying them.

The real MVPs of the Osu Beach Clean up and mini EDE on Saturday and Sunday. This program was organized by Green Bug Aventures and Action Accra in solidarity with NextGen Ghana and the Global Evovillage Network Ghana.

These children were a real force and collected a lot of bottles on their own initiative. They also made a lot of hanging Gardens out of waste bottles that are now in the palm trees.

Thank to Jekora Ventures for hauling away a Trash taxi filled with bottles and sorted plastic recyclables and and 4 loads of mixed waste. Your guys did awesome work.
