Our business and cultural immersion program for 80+ business leaders and Master students of the London Business School was completed yesterday ✅

These future business leaders are working briefly with groups of tech firms in Accra. As such, we had them interact with households and entrepreneurs in Accra- Jamestown for a rich learning experience. Later in the evening we had a debrief and exchanged ideas 💡

Two of us are coaches. We manage the project, including 14 contracted navigators and additional 58 interlocutors. Our 2nd project with LBS & Reciprocity.

Today in History, On April 27, 1972, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the first Prime Minister & President of Ghana and a Great Pan-Africanist died in Bucharest, Romania while being treated for cancer at the age of 62. He had been living in Guinea since his overthrow in a coup in 1966.

The body left but the spirit is here with us.

Ethiopia is truly beautiful 😍 They have a great city and a beautiful weather to match! Most of its 98m population are beautiful, very kind, peaceful and straight up honest. About 98% of the people are Christians- mainly orthodox and Protestants but no charismatic churches. The rest are Muslim.

Ethiopia has very beautiful landscapes. It will be great for Africans and the world to have a United Africa- with no artificial borders, so we can all rise strong on each other’s strength and enjoy the blessings Africa for us with less stress.

Hot Ghana climate would appreciate Ethiopia’s 🇪🇹 cold weather! 🌡13°C. Addis Ababa is really nice!

Most of the people are really nice and friendly, generous, kind and peaceful! Everything good!

Physically Ethiopians are some pretty looking looking individuals on the planet- very handsome guys and very pretty ladies in form; all made even prettier by the good weather.

They’re mostly peaceful and loving people. Ghana and her democracy is highly regarded here too. One brother forcefully paid my dinner bills and all- he owns a school in Addis Ababa and he’s quite the intellectual- He was ecstatic to meet a Ghanaian brother 🌿

Addis Ababa is nicer than Accra on lots of levels. You need to feel this place yourself to get it all. Development is soaring highly. Even though I’ve seen poverty here which is bad; for some reasons most of the people seem happy and content. I believe it has to do with the general state of the nation- when there are so much sanity, good and civility in the state, the poor don’t even feel their poverty! 🦋 🌿  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We went to Ghana, by a vessel that I was working on. As soon as we arrive, we got surrounded by these small boats. These guys call them businessmen, they are providing you phone cards, fresh fish, fruits, beverages, and such. I asked for a ‘welcome’, he gave me this. - Efe Kurnaz

Hi Nature lovers! ☘️ The 10km Aburi hill is a great spot for active nature fix cardio walks. We went up the 10km Aburi hill carrying about 17kg of weight! 💪🏽 We’ll soon be having active nature fix cardio walks within Accra! 🌿

The inspiration stems from the 1% philosophy;- High achievers do things 99% of people don’t or won’t do. It empowers and fortifies the grit in you to push yourself to achieve great feats.

🖊.. SEPTEMBER 21 1909: Here's to Dr. Kwame Nkrumah; The founder of modern Ghana. A giant amongst men;. Adjudged as Africa's man of the Millennium of the 20'th Century; He is the revolutionary hero of Ghana’s independence and he served as the first president of Ghana. He built several hundreds of infrastructures, a lot of which is the backbone of Ghana's economy today. The legend has many accolades and has dozens of books published under his belt; a lot of which is relevant today.

He became an international symbol of freedom, as the leader of the first black African country to shake off the chains of colonial rule. He was the best example of dynamic African leadership to emerge in [the 20th] century.

As an intellectual and visionary leader, he is dubbed the chief priest of Pan Africanism. He inspired, spearheaded and facilitated the independence struggle of many African states and pushed strongly for the unification of all Africa to form a Unified block for the greater good of all Africa.

He ruled for 9 years and suffered dozens of bombing/ assassinations attempts of which’s complications eventually led to his early death. His 9-year government was overthrown illegally by Ghanaian traitors through a CIA orchestrated coup d’état.

Nkrumah was a challenge to the west and a threat to imperialists who wanted to exploit Africa’s natural resources perpetually. His illegal overthrow was the catalyst to Ghana/ Africa’s retrogression/ woes. He wrote many books and expounded many insightful, relevant and applicable ideologies for Africa's benefit.
