The Healthier Desserts Option. Do You Have It ?
It’s 2017 and almost 2018. People are trying to be healthier and going through their annual cleanse. This is where F&B operations need to recognize the goldmine of new customers seeking to lets say eat their cake and have it.
The blogs are going to rip our pastry chef's hard work so get a head start ditch the refined sugars, double cream,butter and milk chocolates instead show you care about your guests and that you would want to see them in the coming year. Replace or substitute these ingredients such as dark chocolate, honey, nuts & berries and go gluten free if you must !
Whiles on your dessert cleanse do not alienate the traditional guest who wouldn't mind a bit of naughtiness in their desserts.
