The war you don't see

US invaded Cuba in 1960s because Soviet wanted to build military bases in Cuba and brought about the Cuba missile crisis.

Cuba is few miles away from US. So why should NATO and US build a military base in Ukraine which has a long border with Russia? Putin is not stupid. As it stands now NATO and US are unable to launch direct attack on Russia because of the distance.

Putin knows if NATO and US enters Ukraine and establish military base there Russia is finish.

Additionally, NATO and US breached the 1990 treaty which prevents NATO and US from expanding eastwards from the then East Germany.

Today NATO and US are almost everywhere in Europe including Croatia, Poland and other places that are closer to Russia.

Getting closer to Russia means NATO and US missiles can directly hit Russia.

Putin is not stupid.

Putin had been complaining ever since when those expansions began. No one listened.

Let's take a closer look at NATO and US activities recently:

1) Killed Ghadaffi of Libya for no reason. Libya conflict was entirely internal. Libya a once peaceful and prosperous country today lies in ruins with no sober government.

2) Killed Sadaam of Iraqi and destroyed that beautiful country; lying that Iraqi had weapons of mass destruction. No such weapons were found. Today Iraqi lies in ruins with no sober government.

3) Went to Syria and nearly overthrew Asaad had it not being for Russia. Syria lies in ruin but Asaad is in tact while that country is now the platform for terrorists. Syria conflict is/was entirely an internal problem.

4) Went to a peaceful Afghanistan after the Russians left. Today Afghanistan is a total mess.

If NATO and US not checked they will wake up any morning and decide to change a government anywhere anytime in this world.

My fear:

NATO and US has started sending military logistics to Ukraine. This is dangerous. It may lead to the justification by Russia that NATO and US wants to enter Ukraine so that it can launch attacks on Russia. And when this happens China, India, Syria, Iraqi etc and the bad boy N. Korea those staunched allies to Russia will support Russia.

N.Korea in fact has started last Saturday by testing a ballistic missiles.

It's like we are on the eve of a THIRD WORLD WAR.

The WAY out:
To me is for NATO and US to respect the treaty they SIGNED not to expand eastwards towards Russia...i.e they withdraw all the way to Germany or better still just stop were they are right now.

You can't be piling war armouries in front of my veranda with the aim of attacking me and you expect me to throw picnic for that.

This bitter truth you will not read or see in the western media...

Racism! Racism!! Racism!!!

Muhammed (PBUH) gave us all the solutions to the problems we are facing today 1400 years ago, for he came at a time when ignorance was the order of the day and Allah the Almighty sent him as a (Rahma) mercy unto Mankind.

There isn't any crisis that we are enduring as a people on earth which is new rather it has existed before we were.

Therefore, our creator sent Prophets to share the good news for those with sound reasoning to understand and Muhammad is one of them and he is the seal of prophethood.

He says I come to perfect good manners. 1400 years ago he condemn racism "saying there is no superiority over a white to a black nor a black to a white" etc.

BEST CLASSES EVER! LEARNED MORE THAN I EVER EXPECTED!

It is said that women in labour leave their bodies, they travel to the stars to collect the souls of their babies, and return to this world together.

Some often said a woman in labour, her body used to divide into (2), one will be on earth and the other part will be in heaven.

During pregnancy I used to go with my wife for Antenatal Care in every month, the excellent nurses/midwives used to gather both husbands and wives for preventive healthcare talk, the midwives always encouraged men to be coming with their wives for prenatal care, but only few husbands used yo turn out, never knew that it's an advantage for the wife not to join the queue.

I experienced this from the starting of pregnancy till yesterday at labour with my Wife, to give support and motivate her because it's not just the physical act of giving birth that holds the most powerful memories for women, but it's how the people around her made her feel especially her husband and nurses, we need to make them feel that they're loved and cared well before pregnancy, during pregnancy and after birth.

Whenever you witness your wife giving birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, your love towards her and your spirit for the rest of your life.

I later realized that I was also pushing like how my wife was doing, the spiritual connection was so strong.

I am appealing to all Men to be accompanying their wives at the hospital during pregnancy for the antenatal care and also during delivery..

We need to feel the pain and we need to see their struggles with our naked eyes, women are so wonderful and we need to appreciate each an every of them.

I am thanking my wife for bringing joy into my life, she delivered to a baby boy yesterday at Bundung Maternal and Child Health Hospital-Official and I am also thanking Ndey Amie Mbye the Midwife that attended my Wife, she showed professionalism, care, love, empathy and discipline to her patient.....

Salute to all Staffs at the Bundung Hospital, and I am also praying for all the pregnant women to give birth in peace and have a smooth delivery...

I mean, I really don’t want to belabour the point, that other Senegambians before me have made in this age-old debate, that the name Jollof speaks for itself but it is really hard to ignore that fact.
So here we go again – Jollof was a Wollof kingdom in the Senegambian region that existed as late as the 20th century. And if we go by one of the tenets of anthropology among other fields of study, we know that names are largely traced back to their places of origin.
Having said that, let me now introduce you to the Royal version of the popular Jollof Rice – The Senegambian fish version known to us as Benachin (one Pot) or Chebu Jenn.

Please do try this at home and remember it’s all love from the people of Jollof:

Ceebu jen (cheh-boo jen) is one of the most popular dishes in Senegal (and Gambia), especially along the coast. A Wolof term meaning “rice and fish,” ceebu jen is tomatoes 🍅 mix with fish🐟, rice🍚 and cooked vegetables 🍀 that shows a strong resemblance to Spanish paella and Creole jambalaya.

A wide variety of vegetables and fish can be used, making ceebu jen an extremely versatile dish.

Domodah or Domoda is what the West African soup or stew is called in Gambia. The flavours of this dish are ubiquitous in West Africa. It is a peanut sauce that often is eaten alone or with vegetables like yams, sweet potatoes, squash, eggplant or okra but can also be made with beef or chicken or bush meat. This is usually served over rice but can also be enjoyed with fou-fou, the starchy side dish usually made from cassava. The flavour of this dish we have learned to love. The combination of the peanut with onions, tomato and a spicy kick is excellent. Enjoy! We made this dish vegetarian style adding sweet potato but feel free to add in what you like.
