We are hiring IELTS and TOEFL English Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher with expertise in IELTS preparation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IELTS exam structure, scoring criteria, and effective teaching methodologies to help students achieve their desired scores in listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to IELTS and TOEFL exam preparation.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and create individualized learning plans.
• Teach all four components of the IELTS and TOEFL exam test: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Provide regular feedback and detailed explanations to help students improve their performance.
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS and TOEFL exam trends and exam requirements.
• Prepare and provide study materials, mock tests, and practice exercises.
• Monitor students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Conduct workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching when required.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certified in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent (IELTS trainer certification is a plus).
• Proven experience teaching IELTS or TOEFL preparation with a strong track record of student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the IELTS & TOEFL test format, scoring system, and strategies.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Experience teaching English to non-native speakers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools for virtual classes.
