A former student of Essau Senior Secondary School, Modou Lamin Manneh started drawing when he was very young.

The youngster, who lives in Kerr Sanyang in Lower Niumi, recently painted President Adama Barrow. He's hoping that his art piece showing the Gambian leader will land him an invitation to the State House.

In a chat with What's On-Gambia, he said: " I want to become a professional artist but some people are discouraging me. I am confused. I don't know whether I should quit and pursue a different career."
