About The Gambia and my trips
The Gambia is well known as a paradise for birdwatching (no wonder, there are more than 600 species listed), so you can be sure to find fitting tours here. But you can also explore other natural highlights as National Parks or Nature Preserves.
Gambia's second name is "The smiling coast of Africa" - come here and find out that this is true! Let me take you to markets, schools or fish smokeries, let me prepare you a typical Gambian breakfast or let me introduce you to Gambian traffic and transport.
Did you know there are UNESCO World Heritage sites in The Gambia? They give you an idea about my country's rich history - there are remains of unknown ancestors living thousands of years ago as well as evidence of the dark age of slavery.
Why not leaving behind the beautiful beaches and hotels and going inside the country? Believe me, you will find another world there!
If you are interested in meeting more of the typical African animals it is also possible to arrange a trip across the border to Senegal.

We (André and Fia) would like to post a review for our Buba's Gambia. After 2 years of little earnings due to Corona, it is necessary to get work in the tourist industry again.
He is a tourist and guide in Gambia. At the moment there are tour operators who warn at their information meetings not to do business with local people, of which Buba is one. Because they cannot be trusted. These tour operators want to make money themselves, while the population is becoming increasingly poor. We have been using his services for many years and know him and his family as if they were family. It is his job, and also his way of earning a living for his family. He is reliable, modest, and speaks good Dutch, which he taught himself. Has reasonable prices, and is honest. He can tell and show you a lot about Gambia, he is also a bird watcher. He arranges trips and he can pick you up from the airport in Banjul. Has a Facebook site “Buba's Gambia”. If you book with him you will never be disappointed. Please be kindly informed that I have notice some unscrupulous folks are sending WhatsApp messages to some of my contacts claiming to be my self, and that I have changed my phone / WhatsApp number. Please do ignore these messages this is hacked My WhatsApp and phone numbers remain the same and has never change.

Among the culprits to this unlawful act of impersonation is one Buba sanneh. He has also hacked my facebook business page and is sending messages to my contacts. Please do ignore these messages as they do not come from me.

I have just made a report to the Gambia intelligence service unit and investigation is underway.
