I'm from Guinea Conakry West Africa. I currently live in the US of America. I'm traveling in December 10th 2023 and staying until April. If anyone is interested in visiting Guinea Conakry please let me know. I have been hosting people since 2012 all the travelers from all over the world. I am not a travel agent. We are joking while she's cooking for me.
Culturally in families in the villages little brother and big brother's wife are the persons of joke. Sister in law jokes little brother all the time. Their jokes are really funny, allowed, acceptable each other also social. Whenever there is an misunderstanding between her and her husband the little brother immediately supports the sister in law. Those jokes bring good understanding, connection in the families also bring great forgiveness. This sister in law is naturally a good person.

(In African the breasts of our mother are considered like food while feeding babies)

"That time there is no kerosene lamp. I make fire with the woods to get light. There was no real bed. The bed was made with the mud bricks and fill with the mud there I slept with you on cow skin. I spent 5 days in pains before I deliver you"

Once, a good Facebook friend of mine from Guinea, Mamady Mansare, shared a family video, a segment from a performance by a folklore group from Guinea and where his father plays the flute. I was so delighted with this performance: local motives, plasticity, possession of folk instruments, such a high quality material.
Probably this video was a turning point for me and a desire to visit this unknown country of Guinea. But I not only managed to meet the flutist from that performance, listen to him play the flute for me, but also live in his family, where close contact with the family highlights your trip and overshadows some small minuses of rural life.
Thanks to the Mamady family for their hospitality, where I learned a lot.

Однажды мой хороший фейсбук друг из Гвинеи поделился семейным видео, отрывком из выступления фольклорной группы из Гвинеи, где его отец играет на флейте. Я была в восторге от этого исполнения: местные мотивы, пластика, владение народными инструментами, такой профессионализм.
Наверное, это видео стало для меня поворотным моментом и желанием посетить эту неизвестную страну Гвинею. Но мне удалось не только познакомиться с флейтистом с того выступления, послушать, как он играет для меня на флейте, но и пожить в его семье, где тесное общение с семьей сделало мою поездку незабываемой и затмило некоторые мелкие минусы сельской жизни.
Спасибо семье Мамади за гостеприимство, где я многое почерпнула.
