Buying off-plan meant we were able to work with the constructors throughout and have a hand in selecting the materials and finishes for the space.

We chose to keep the living area open to make the most of the natural light and those fabulous views.

Although the main dining and entertainment space is out on the roof top terrace, we still wanted to create a choice of functional yet stylish seating areas indoors. Opting for a large sectional sofa and a breakfast bar, both of which will comfortably seat 4 people.

T H E B A T H R O O M

In trying to maximize the space and user experience we opted for a large shower area with waterfall and hand held shower heads 💧. The space is well lit 💡 and comes with plenty of storage so you wont have all your toiletries balancing on the sink (we've all been there!)💄🧴. There is also a wall mounted hair dryer for convenience (plus a second in the bedroom), a heated towel rail for the colder months 🥶 and plenty of hooks for hanging things 👍.

In true Greek fashion, you will also find the washing machine here along with essential laundry supplies 🧼.
