Thanos is one of my favorite hosts. He is very communicative and attentive to details, answers any question, is always ready to help you.
The villa we stayed in is gorgeous, we had privacy and it was an oasis of tranquility, relaxation and cooling in the breaks between the sessions to explore the island."

Wow ! Wow ! Wow
Just don't know where to start.
From the minute that we arrived everything was perfect.
Thanos was by far the best host that we have ever had.
The swimming pool was the cleanest and best maintained that we have ever come across on our travels.
Can not believe how quickly Thanos responded to an issue with leaking washing machine with brand new one delivered and fitted within 12 hours.
We where in Crete for our friends daughters wedding and asked Thanos for recommendations for local hairdresser.
He told us most where closed on Mondays but went above and beyond to find one in Heraklion , booked appointment and arranged a taxi to take us.
Can not recommend this villa highly enough.

We loved our stay at Stratos Palace. It was super spacious, private and exactly as described. Thanos was enthusiastically helpful, welcoming and could not have done more for us. The swimming pool was a highlight, so clean and a lovely area to relax. The large balcony with comfy chairs and lovely cool breeze, with a view of the olive groves, was a great place for evening relaxation. As others have said, you really need a car to explore the area and get to the beach and sightseeing spots. We loved Karteros beach nearby and loved the local tavernas.
We highly recommend booking Thanos' place!"

The home and the pool were spotlessly clean. Thanos responded immediately to any need. Although the weather was very hot, the air conditioning kept the house cool. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner, so they could be set to different temperatures as the occupants desired. Quiet location, but beaches and restaurants within 5-10 minutes by car. Rental car highly advised."

Our 8 night stay at Stratos Palace was brilliant from start to finish. The villa was well equipped, good aircon and plenty of space over two floors (the lower floor next to the pool is for the owner's storage and not accessible). Thanos is such a great guy and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Great communication from start, met us when we arrived, spent time explaining the villa, the pool, the alarm and gave great recommendations of places to visit. He even arrived on our last day to say goodbye. Excellent service! He even bought a brand new large TV and replaced it within 2 hours, when we had an issue with the screen.
The villa is very close to great places to visit (you definitely need to hire a car, but the cost is very reasonable). It was 7 mins to the closest beach (Karteros). 7 mins to the waterpark (Water City), we went there twice it was so much fun.
We absolutely loved the private pool (very clean!). Overall, we had an excellent stay and would stay again!"

Lets say that you plan to come to Crete, you want to rent a private villa but your group is really large and you can't find a villa to host all of you... Did you know that you can now book both Aris Palace and Stratos Palace ? The villas can host up to 21 guests and so far everyone who booked the combo, rated the experience 5/5!

Thanos est un hôte excellent, parle très bien anglais, accueillant, serviable, s’inquiète du bien-être des invités, donne d’excellentes adresses pour se déplacer et se nourrir.
La maison est bien équipée, propre, il y a un système de surveillance important (alarme, camera), la piscine est parfaite pour un après-midi détente."

"We had a great time at Thanos' place! The house is a great design with more than enough space for all of us. Plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the sunset over the olive trees, beautiful! The pool was great, but we only used it a handful of times because there are beautiful beaches only a 5min drive away! So really you get the best of both worlds, private/quiet relaxation among olive trees but almost instant access to the beach. Our host Thanos was extremely thorough and very quick to communicate at all times. He was very happy to ensure we had an excellent stay. One note for those that may need to work on holiday, the internet connection was inconsistent and slow at times, practically only one person could work on their laptop at a time. Also there was almost no mobile data connection in the area, however driving 5 minutes to the beach had full LTE. That being said we were able to make it work and thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and would absolutely stay here again."

It was the best place I could ever imagine for my birthday holiday. The Villa is really really big ! The swimming pool is amazing, the location is perfect, close to airport, close to very big beach, and very nice restaurants by the sea. In neighbourhood is only one villa and the neighbours can’t see the swimming pool area which was very comfortable for us. Perfect place for barbecue by the swimming pool. Big open living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 comfortable bedrooms. Everything was perfect, the hospitality was on the highest level. Thank you ones again!"

A perfect stay in the Stratos Palace. Thanos is of immense kindness and hospitality. He is always available and responds very quickly to messages. He's a great super host! The villa is very spacious, clean and pleasant. The pool is just perfect and well exposed to the sun. It is without « vis-à-vis » (nobody can se you) and surrounded by olive trees. The villa is ideal for large families. Creta is a very beautiful destination! Do not hesitate a single second to book at Thanos House! It deserves more than 5 stars! "

Me and me friends and cousin stayed a week at Thanos his place. He is an amazing guy . From the start he was friendly to us and give us a perfect tour and gave some amazing tips for our trip to Crete. The place was clean and beautiful. The service was amazing! He deserves more than 5 stars!"

Thanos is truly a super host! He gave us all the relevant up to date information necessary to ensure a swift entry into Greece given the Covid19 situation. He was an impeccable host, helping us navigate around Crete and even helped us find an amazing cruise/ boat trip experience. He is extremely prompt with all his responses and very accommodating and understanding given that I have small children. The villa is a dream! The veranda was our absolute favourite place and the swimming pool area was just perfect for our family; plenty of space for the kids to roam while the adults had a swim. If we are ever in Crete again we’ll be sure to rent the villa again. Love! Thank you for making our stay extra special "

Dear guests,

While waiting for the FDA approved list of cleaning products that can kill corona-virus, we are also making some changes in the way that we accept bookings. To make a safer environment for you and your family we reserve three days between all of our check outs and check ins. By keeping the villa at least 72 hours empty, we are adding another safety net, since the virus can't stay alive for more than three days on surfaces. ( please read the link bellow )
With the cleaning of FDA approved cleaning products and the 72 hours gap between arrivals and check outs we are creating a virus free environment for you and your family so that you can enjoy your holidays
