In a nutshell about the job offer:

Our Reservations Specialist/Travel Designer is leading all operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. The job holder can forecast, plan, and manage all departments including reservations, contracting, itinerary planning by facilitating the experience with different travel services.

Some of the responsibilities you are entrusted with reservations:

• Communicate with B2B partners and B2C clients in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
• Handle travel requests via email, telephone and chat (WhatsApp etc.)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
• Respond to reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Manage the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department.
• Handle external systems such as channel manager, web-booking engines, rate comparison tools, OTAs extranets etc.
• Resolving all operational issues arising related to reservations

Some of the responsibilities you are entrusted with contracting:

• Communicate directly with hoteliers and suppliers (via email or call)
• Liaise internally with various departments including reservations and sales to ensure data entry verification and accuracy
• Manage reservation entries (hotels, transfers, tours, etc.) in Cyberlogic back-office
• Manage Hotel & Villas Rates, Tariffs, SPOs, and descriptions in Cyberlogic platform
• Update individual progress & pending reports for the management.

Required Qualifications / What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on finance, marketing, sales, tourism or relevant apprenticeship would be an asset
• Strong command of the English language both written and spoken – any additional language would be an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Digital qualities: Microsoft Office, CRM, back-office, etc.
• Numerical reasoning skills
• Fluency on hotel (mainly 5-star & 4-start) and villa products and services of Crete island
• Be comfortable with working individually, but also as member of a team
• Ability to organize and manage your time efficiently
• Multi-tasking and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
