The villas are situated at the foot of the little village Lefktro, that lies 500 meters from Stoupa (the bakery) and 900 meters from the central beach of Stoupa. There are two villas : Armonia 1 which is 60 square meters and Armonia 2, which
is 80 square meters. Armonia 1 has one bedroom with two single beds and ceiling-fan , a large living room with open kitchen and two stone sofa-beds, so this villa can be used for up to 4 persons. Armonia 1 one has a big bathroom, suitable for disabled people, and wheelchair access from the bedroom. Armonia 2 has two bedrooms with two single beds in each and a ceiling-fan. Also here the living room has an open kitchen.A third bed can be put in one of the bedrooms so this villa is good for up to 5 persons. Both villas are built with natural stone, the colour of sand, which fits very well into the environment. Also inside the villas are some walls with natural stone. There is central heating, television, broadband internet wireless connection and a common washing machine. The villas are enclosed by walls and fencing, so there are two parking places (one for each villa) and space for children to play, protected by any traffic. They are along a very quiet little road, with olive groves. Underneath the villas is a small cellar - storage-room for the owner. STOUPA
Stoupa is a nice and peaceful village, but also the center of the Messinian Mani. It has two beaches, Stoupa and Kalogria, both with clear blue waters and sand. In both beaches you can independently sit and swim but also rent beach chairs and umbrellas.You can also rent for your fun sea bikes, canoe's and boats. Stoupa has many restaurants that provide different food experiences, cafes and a few clubs outside the village, in a distance of 1-2 km. The area is ideal for mountain biking/hiking/trekking and walking, abseiling/free climbing, boating, bodysurfing, fishing, scuba diving, bodyboarding, canoeing/kayaking, sailing/windsurfing, snorkeling, beach volley, yoga, reik/shiatsu/tái chi. There are car and motor rental agencies, two city size super markets, pharmacy, 24h ATM's. In about 2 km there a local medical center. Useful links
