Το οίκημα διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Υπάρχουν όλες οι αναγκαίες υπηρεσίες, σούπερ μάρκετ, κρεοπωλεία, μανάβικα καθώς και φαρμακείο.
