COSTUMER IS NOT OBLIGED TO PAY IF THE NOTICE OF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED (RECEIPT - INVOICE)
In any transaction anywhere in Greece , choose to pay via credit card in order to receive a receipt instantly. This way you will have a registered legal transaction and all associated taxes will be included .
Businesses that require cash payments providing printed invoices ( that you cannot check if they are legal) should make you wonder……

ΝΟΜΟΣ ΥΠ' ΑΡΙΘΜ. 4997/2022

ΦΕΚ 217/Α/25-11-2022

Εξορθολογισμός ασφαλιστικής και συνταξιοδοτικής νομοθεσίας, ενίσχυση ευάλωτων κοινωνικών ομάδων και άλλες διατάξεις.

Άρθρο 10

Υπολογισμός και καταβολή ασφαλιστικών εισφορών ξεναγών μέσω Αναλυτικής Περιοδικής Δήλωσης - Αντικατάσταση άρθρων 6 και 7 ν. 710/1977

1.Το άρθρο 6 του ν. 710/1977 (Α' 283), περί κοινωνικής ασφάλισης των ξεναγών, αντικαθίσταται ως εξής:

3.Ως εργοδότες του ξεναγού θεωρούνται οι επιχειρήσεις τουριστικών γραφείων, οι λοιπές επιχειρήσεις, το Δημόσιο και τα Ν.Π.Δ.Δ. που απασχολούν τον ξεναγό. Όταν ο ξεναγός παρέχει υπηρεσίες σε μεμονωμένους περιηγητές ή σε εν γένει φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα που δεν περιλαμβάνονται στο προηγούμενο εδάφιο, απογράφεται ο ίδιος ως εργοδότης στο Ενιαίο Μητρώο Εργοδοτών του e-Ε.Φ.Κ.Α. σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 5 έως 7 του Κανονισμού Διαδικασιών Ασφάλισης (υπό στοιχεία Αριθμ. Φ21/544/28.3.2002 απόφαση Υπουργού Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων, Β' 414) για την εφαρμογή

της Αναλυτικής Περιοδικής Δήλωσης (Α.Π.Δ.) και υπέχει τις αντίστοιχες υποχρεώσεις.

Starting from the south ( south part of Prefecture of Heraklion – Messara plain – Sivas – Pitsidia – Kalamaki – Kamilari – Moires – Matala etc), this tour transfer is all about exploring and driving through an interesting part of Crete . We will start with the palace of Phaistos, early in the morning to avoid the heat and after a guided tour with a professional licensed guide , we will continue towards Amari valley. On the way we will enjoy the breathtaking view of the Cretan mountains and enjoy the impressive landscape and of course we will stop for pictures on the ways but also for a coffee in one of the traditional villages along the way. The Amari valley is a must. We will continue after our short coffee stop, towards Arkadi monastery, to enjoy a guided tour of the historical monastery that looks like a fortress. After our guided tour, we will continue and have lunch in a traditional taverna and then we will end up at Rethymnon, where we will drop you off at your accommodation. This tour is ideal for guests that wish to avoid driving through the mountainous part of central Crete, wish to enjoy the landscape and take pictures , but also enjoy an interesting guided tour of different periods of the island of Crete , starting with the Minoan ( Phaistos) , traditional life and villages – local way of life and agriculture , monastic life and Venetian – Ottoman period.
