Vervendo.com is an online booking platform that helps travelers book accommodation, activities, and experiences in a smart, easy, and innovative way. Through Vervendo’s intuitive platform, travelers can create their requests while hosts reply back with their personalized offers.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our energetic and strong team, who is passionate about business and wants to get essential experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry.
What will you do?
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to hosts’ concerns and needs
Build and strengthen relationships with the hosts to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with the development team on a weekly basis to develop strategic plans
Develop a thorough understanding of Vervendo’s platform and train hosts on how they exploit it in the best way possible
Search, contact and present Vervendo to potential hosts
Necessary Skills
Fluent English and Greek speaker and writer
Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently
Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change
Positive attitude
Hotel School or University background preferred
Driver’s license
Availability to travel up to 50%
Affinity or experience within the e-commerce and/or travel industry are considered a plus
