The villa is an old traditional building which was renovated a few years ago and it contains two floors! Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with the fully equipped kitchen, the living room area with satellite HDTV and the indoor dinning table! Also in the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one more with double bed and an enclosure bathroom! On the other side of the ground floor, next to the pool area and the garden there is an other fully equipped kitchen with the washing machine and the clothes dryer. The second kitchen is giving you the opportunity to prepare meals for big groups more quickly and also it is next to the barbecue area and outdoor dinning table! In the first floor, there is a second open plan living room with a library full of books (in German, English and Greek language), also there are 3 more bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom with shower. Outdoors the villa has a private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas next to the flower gardens and the barbecue area which also contains a wood oven and the dinning table under a pergola!
