There is a penalty for that imposed by the Ministry of Tourism. Equally illegal is anybody who organises any kind of tour without a travel agency licence and its registration number on any webpage. All above mean: cheating and misinforming of the consumer-visitor of Greece, breaking the Greek Law, earning illegal money, avoiding taxation of the tour income, insurance and social security obligations. Don't be led astray and cheated in any way! Support the legal Greek economy and fully trust the Licensed Tourist Guides for your tours in Greece!
