CELEBRATION OF SPRING in the garden of Ergon Agora East.

On the first of May, we participate in the Spring celebration, an enjoyable event for children of all ages and welcome young and old to the verdant garden of ERGON Agora East for a day full of activities and games.

Team games kick off (10:00 am) with parents and kids forming teams and participating in relay races and balance games, while the day continues with creative workshops and activities for all ages.

Through out the day, there will be several activities for kids and parents. Starting at 20:30 AstroEvents in Greece will offer you, the opportunity to observe the Moon through a modern Telescope and from time to time see a live Moon-projection on the big screen of ERGON Agora

At 2500 meters the Stars seem to be much closer to us and unimaginably brighter. In Olympus on the mountain of the gods, we found ourselves in the Christaki Emergency Hut together with EY ZHN Greece DMC . We observed the fantastic night sky and met amazing people. Thank you EY ZHN Greece DMC for this wonderful cooperation!

One of September's highlights was our participation in Starparty event of ΝΟΗΣΙΣ - NOESIS Κέντρο Διάδοσης Επιστημών και Μουσείο Τεχνολογίας. The participation of the people was great and we had the opportunity to show the observation through a telescope to young and old visitors.
For most of the event the weather was suitable for solar observation, only in the late afternoon it became cloudy and marked the end of the observation.

On 7th September we had a wonderful night, observing the Moon and the Planets with our telescope from Ursa Minor, the best rooftop bar in our city, at the Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki! We were very happy to welcome many families with children, young people with their friends and share with them our passion about the night sky and space. Thank you Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki for the amazing cooperation and thank you all for coming!
Looking forward to meet you again next season with new Astronomy projects and events!

On Friday the 12th August, we are welcoming the August Full Moon, the "lord of the rings" planet Saturn, with its magnificent bright rings as well as the planet Jupiter with the Galilean Moons from the most atmospheric rooftop in the city, Ursa Minor. Enjoy and photograph a unique spectacle in the starry sky of Thessaloniki, guided by the modern telescopes of Astro Events in Greece.
Reservation is required. Reservation fee for adults: 15€ with a drink, reservation fee for children 10€ with a glass of juice.

One of the best Astro-books i have read until now: DEATH BY BLACK HOLE and other cosmic quandaries. A book from the well known Neil deGrasse Tyson. The Summer season has ended and we only have positive memories of it.

We worked with new partners and where in the position to reach more people and share with them our passion, which of course is Astronomy!

We met old friends and partners and we are happy about this.

For the first time, we worked with the Municipality of https://www.nea-propontida.gr/, to bring the fun of Astronomy to the the children of Nea Moudania, Nea Kalikratia and Nea Triglia.

We want to warmly thank you all for your support and cooperation, but especially Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort who has worked with us during the whole summer season to offer exceptional Astro-Experiences to his guests!
