🌿 *Reflecting on November’s Olive Harvest at Gems of Pinakates* 🌿

As we say goodbye to November, we cherish the memories made with friends from Israel 🇮🇱, Portugal 🇵🇹 , Morocco 🇲🇦 , and Greece 🇬🇷, who joined us in the age-old tradition of olive harvesting. From the tree to the table, the journey of our olive oil is magical and immensely satisfying. 🌳🫒

Did you know? It takes about 5 to 6 kilograms of olives to produce just one liter of olive oil! This year’s harvest was extraordinarily rich, producing oil that is not only flavorful and aromatic but also brimming with health benefits. Our oil boasts a stunning green-gold color and an exceptionally low acidity of 0.03%.
